Reception Intake Meeting It was lovely to see so many parents at the Reception Intake Meeting on Monday. We look forward to seeing all the new Reception children in September.
Sports Day This is taking place tomorrow (7th July) , KS1 will start at 9.15 am and KS2 will start at 1.30pm. I hope that parents will be able to join us and cheer the children on.
End of Year Reports The end of year Reports will be sent home to parents this Friday (8th July). This term there is no formal parents evening. However, once you have read the report if you wish to discuss it, please approach the class teacher directly.
Attendance The class with the highest percentage is Year 5 Blue with 99.6%! Well done to 5 Blue! The overall percentage for the whole school was 94.6%. Percentages for other classes were as follows:

Key Dates for Year 6 There are a number of key dates for Year 6 children in their final weeks at Cranbrook.
A year 6 performance will be on Monday 18th July at 6pm, they will have their final assembly on Friday 22nd July at 10am and they will also have a Leavers Disco on Wednesday 20th July. All Year 6 parents are invited to these events (except the Disco!!!). On 22nd July Year 6 pupils will be finishing at 12pm.
Marie Curie Cancer Care £503.69 was raised by growing daffodils and holding a yellow day,so we would like to thank all the parents/carers for all their donations to this worthwhile cause.
Open School/Exhibition This will take place on 19th July from 3:30-4:15pm. All parents are invited to come in and walk through the school to look at the lovely work displayed and to visit your child’s new classroom and meet their new teacher for September 2011.
Year 2 performance The Year 2 performance to parents will be on 12th July at 2pm.
PTA The PTA will be selling ice creams this Friday (8th July) in the playground after school.
Last day for Nursery Please note the last day of term for Nursery children will be next Thursday 14th July.
