Absence I would
remind parents that if your child has 12 sessions of unauthorised absence
recorded throughout the academic year, the Local Authority will issue you with
a penalty notice. The notice incurs a
fine of £120 which is reduced to £60 if
it is paid within 21 days.

Transition Workshop for Y6 Parents Please ensure that you make the most of the opportunity to visit the secondary
school of your choice on the relevant open days/evenings. A full list of dates

transition workshop on Monday
14th October from 9am-11am for all parents who require assistance in completing

Parents Maths
Course Parents and carers from all year groups are
invited to take part in a six week maths course at Cranbrook Primary School.
The course will start on Friday 8th November and will run until Friday 13th December from 9am to 11am.
Parents will have the opportunity to understand how and what their
children are learning in maths lessons at school in order to support their
learning in the home. A certificate will be awarded to all participants and
free refreshments will be provided. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a crèche on this occasion.
