Well done to all of you! J
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank those of you who have taken the time to respond to the recent parent survey and using your input and discussion with pupils and staff, we have identified the following as key areas for improvement next year:
·         To continue our work on raising achievement of children at all levels of ability through personalising their learning to meet individual needs.
·         To raise awareness of how children can manage their own safety both within school and outside.
·         To continue to raise the profile of the school by sharing its successes within Redbridge.
·         To ensure that all stakeholders adhere to our school values and contribute towards the school’s aim in achieving its goals.
·         To improve attendance.
Although we have had some challenges this year, we have made improvements in the following areas:
·         The progress of our pupils is the best we have ever had across the school.
·         The fantastic events jointly organised with the CFA, without whose support we would not have raised the much needed additional funds.
·         The exciting trips and school based learning activities to enhance the children experience.
·         Many great school performances which demonstrate the confidence that our children are gaining.
·         A stable and committed staff team and governing body.
·         Lastly, but not least, our wonderful children and parents, who support us in our endeavours.
I truly believe that we are on a journey together to guide and counsel our children towards successful future lives as responsible citizens.
Arrangements For September I would like to remind you that school begins on Thursday 5th September for all year groups 1 to 6.
